Ole's portfolio
has grown to over 100 wines from 20 DO's. This year we started
off by adding many refreshing and aromatic white wines to the
portfolio from Chacoli, Rias Baixas, & Valderroas. The wines
of Chacoli de Bizkaia Berroia and Chacoli de Guetaria
Oreka offer a hint of effervesence that adds charm
to these delightful whites from the Northern central border
of Spain & from Rias Baixas the Albarino grape is queen
of whites and we are proud to have one of the best producers
Pazo de Galegos and look for the wine named Papa
which is made with the Godello grape from Valdeorras,
until recently Spain has been keeping all of this wine for itself,
now we will have a limited amount of these white wines to offer
in the summer of 2006.
Ole has grown the red wines too. Under the Vinos Sin Ley line
this year we are excited launch the first release of the M series
which will feature Monastrell grape. We'll have wines from Valencia
, Alicante , La Mancha , Bullas, and Yecla. Also new to us is
Falset from the DO Monstant we have much to look forward
to with the 2005 Flaset Rose made of 100 yo Garnacha the Falset
2005 and the 2003 Old Vines will sure be a hit with the press.
These wines are limited.
