The estate's flagship wine is the limited production 2003 Celia . Made from 100% Tempranillo, and aged in French oak for 18 months, its deep ruby/purple color is accompanied by rich, sumptuous aromas of underbrush, licorice, black currant liqueur, smoke, and dried herbs. Dense and medium to full­bodied, with superb fruit, excellent purity, and a long, heady finish, it should be consumed over the next 7­8 years.
