A delightful surprise , the 2002 Cava Dama is an imitation Champagne fashioned from 85% Chardonnay and 15% Parellada. Crisp, elegant brioche notes intermixed with citrus and grapefruit characteristics jump from the glass of this mediumbodied, crisp, dry sparkler with uniform pinpoint bubbles. It should drink well for 12 years.
